Referring whānau or friends to our smokefree programme is easy and rewarding

  • Refer through our website, and make sure to include your details on the referral form

  • Once your referred whānau or friend completes the programme and becomes smokefree, get in touch with us to claim your incentive.

Incentive:

  • You will receive voucher incentives per referral who becomes CO-validated by one of our smokefree practitioners after completing the programme.

  • For all client incentives, your carbon monoxide level must be under 6ppm, except for the hapū māmā (expectant mother) incentive where you must be under 3ppm.

    The final decision about any incentives given out is at the discretion of the Ready Steady Quit practitioner. Incentives will be given at the end of each programme unless you are a hapū māmā. Hapū māmā receive incentives throughout the duration of the programme. It’s important for each participant to be fully committed to their smokefree journey. Please consult with a Ready Steady Quit practitioner if you have any questions, queries, or concerns.

    Referral programme for whānau and friends:
    You must pick up your voucher from a Ready Steady Quit check-in. You need to provide one form of photo ID to receive your prize and you must pick it up within two weeks from the date your referred whānau becomes smokefree.

    Ready Steady Quit support for vapers:
    Although we are a smokefree service provider we can offer behavioural support for people who want to stop vaping.

    Nicotine replacement therapy cannot be provided by Ready Steady Quit to people who vape.

    We recommend you seek nicotine replacement therapy from your GP practice.
