Refer Whānau and Friends to Our Smokefree Program and Earn Rewards!

Referring whānau or friends to our tobacco smokefree programme is easy and rewarding.

  • Refer through our website, and make sure to include your details on the referral form

  • Once your referred whānau or friend completes the programme and becomes smokefree, get in touch with us to claim your incentive.

Incentive:

  • You will receive voucher incentives per successful referral.

  • Your referred whānau or friend must be smokefree and have completed the programme to receive the incentive.

  • For all client incentives, you must blow under 6ppm, except for the Hapū Māmā (expectant mother) incentive where you must blow 3ppm or below.

    The final decision about any incentives given out is at the discretion of the Ready Steady Quit practitioner. Incentives will be given at the end of each programme unless you are a hapu mama. Hapu mama receive incentives throughout the duration of the programme. It’s important for each participant to be fully committed to their tobacco smokefree journey.     Referral Programme for Whānau and Friends:
    Whānau who refer through our website must put a code under referrer as “Whānau incentive“. We will be in touch should the person you referred successfully complete their programme and become smokefree.

    You must pick up your voucher from our Rosedale office or a local Ready Steady Quit check-in. You need to provide one form of photo ID to receive your prize and you must pick it up within two weeks from the date your referred whānau becomes smokefree.

    Ready Steady Quit Support for Vapers:
    Although we are a smokefree service provider we can offer limited support for vapers.

    Clients who have smoked tobacco and vaped for less than 12 months can receive nicotine replacement therapy from their Ready Steady Quit Practitioner. Our aim is to ensure you don’t return to tobacco smoking once you give up vaping.

    Nicotine replacement therapy cannot be provided by Ready Steady Quit to clients who have never smoked tobacco, or who have smoked tobacco and been vaping for more than 12 months.

    We recommend you seek NRT from your GP practice.
